 applies the industry-leading IGBT heating technology used in metal smelting. The high power can melt up to 50 kg of metal super quickly and sufficiently. This machine is the best choice for melting all kinds of refractory metals in large quantities with high efficiency. The following are the advantages of IGBT heating.

Smart design: A tilted handle is installed on the side of the Taeantech Tilting Melting Pouring Machine (MDQ), which can save manpower, ensure safety and improve work efficiency. When the operator melts more than 10 kg of metal, if the operator uses the traditional method - clamping the crucible with pliers, holding the pliers with both hands, lifting the crucible with force, and then pouring the molten metal into the mold. This traditional method is very bad. First, it is very laborious. Second, when pouring a large amount of molten metal, it will splash and cause injuries to the operator. Therefore, a tilted handle is installed on the side of the Taeantech Tilting Melting Pouring Machine (MDQ). The handle is at a certain distance from the high-temperature molten metal to ensure that the operator is not scalded by the high-temperature molten metal. The operator can easily pour a large amount of molten metal into the mold on the placement table in front of the machine by operating the handle. At the same time, there are two pipes under the melting room connected to the water cooler pipe to ensure the cooling of the melting room. The placement table is designed to prevent the splashing of molten metal, and the placement table has a partition to ensure that the high-temperature molten metal will not splash and scald people.
