Part 1 The Casting Room

The casting room of Taeantech vacuum white gold bar casting machine (AGV)is the key part of the machine.   It is responsible for completing the entire process of melting and casting gold in a vacuum environment.
Pneumatic lid opening: Pneumatic cover opening mainly uses compressed air as the power source to open and close the mold cover through pneumatic actuators (such as cylinders).   The pneumatic cover opening system realizes the automatic opening and closing of the vacuum chamber cover, reducing manual operations and improving production efficiency and safety.   The sealing design ensures that the vacuum chamber maintains good sealing during the opening and closing process and prevents the vacuum degree from decreasing.   And you can set the timing to open the lid in 10 minutes, 20 minutes, etc., with a precise intelligent control system, the gold bars produced are of extremely high quality.

IGBT induction heating: Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, eddy currents are generated inside the metal raw materials to achieve heating.   This method has fast heating speed and high efficiency.   It can melt a large capacity of 30Kg of gold, silver and copper in 5-8 minutes, and the metal is not easily oxidized during the heating process.   Due to its large capacity, it can produce large quantities of gold bars and produce them in large quantities, and is suitable for gold bar financial management, gold mines, large-scale metal ingot processing plants.

Fast melting speed:The heating system is equipped with an advanced automated control system, allowing our machine to cast 60 kilograms of high-quality gold bars in one hour.The machine can work 24 hours a day, and two people can cast nearly 1,200 kg of gold in one day by taking turns operating it.The output of this kind of gold ingot is currently far ahead of its peers.Usually other ordinary ingot casting machines on the market have slow melting speeds and can only cast less than 10 kg of gold in 1 hour.

Customized mold:

Vacuum protection: 24-hour vacuum protection, no vacuum left, no need for secondary vacuuming.   This is to reduce the contact of metal with oxygen in the air during the smelting and casting process, thereby preventing oxidation and ensuring the quality and appearance of the casting.   In a vacuum environment, the casting room is also filled with inert gas (such as argon) for protection, further reducing the risk of metal oxidation and helping to stabilize the melting and casting process.The gold nuggets produced in this way have no loss and no bubbles in the finished product.The grinding tools can be easily replaced, enabling customization of various shapes and weights.

Chamber seal:Through precise processing and matching, the metal sealing surfaces form a close contact surface to prevent gas leakage.  In order to further improve sealing performance, soft sealing materials, such as rubber "O" rings or high-temperature resistant gaskets, are usually embedded between the metal sealing surfaces.

Casting process: First, metal raw materials (such as gold particles) are put into a smelting furnace and heated to a molten state.   Also prepare the mold and vacuum chamber to ensure they are clean and dry.
Second, when the metal is melted, the vacuum chamber is sealed, the vacuum pump is started, and the air in the vacuum chamber is extracted to achieve the required vacuum degree.   This step can effectively prevent the metal from reacting with oxygen and other gases in the air during the casting process, thereby improving the quality and purity of the casting.
Third, molten metal is poured into the mold through a gating system under vacuum.   The pouring system usually includes pouring pipes, gates and other components, which are designed to ensure that metal can flow into the mold evenly and stably.   The metal cools and solidifies into the desired shape in the mold.   Due to the existence of a vacuum environment, metal can avoid defects such as oxidation and inclusion of gases during the solidification process.
Finally, after the metal has completely solidified, the vacuum chamber is opened and the casting is removed.   The gold bars and other castings obtained at this time have smooth surfaces, no defects, high quality and high purity.
