Taeantech 500g small rotary vacuum blue jewelry casting machine (CLV05) is a 2100℃ high-temperature jewelry rapid casting machine designed by Taeantech that can be used on the desktop, is flexible and easy to move, and can rotate the melting chamber at 90º for casting. Part 1. Smelting Chamber

The smelting chamber in the Taeantech small blue rotary jewelry casting machine is a key component of the machine.It is responsible for melting the metal raw materials into a liquid state for the subsequent casting process.

IGBT induction heating: Using the principle of electromagnetic induction, eddy currents are generated inside the metal raw materials to achieve heating.This method has fast heating speed and high efficiency.It can melt 500g of gold, silver and platinum in 3-5 minutes.And the metal is not easily oxidized during the heating process.Compared with centrifugal type, rapid cooling of molten metal is avoided.

Vacuum protection:
This is to reduce the contact of metal with oxygen in the air during the smelting and casting process, thereby preventing oxidation and ensuring the quality and appearance of the casting.    In a vacuum environment, the casting chamber is also filled with inert gas (such as argon) for protection, further reducing the risk of metal oxidation and helping to stabilize the melting and casting process.The jewelry produced in this way has no loss and no bubbles in the finished product.

Rotating double chamber: High temperature platinum is prone to rapid metal cooling during smelting and casting, resulting in metal liquid missing in the casting chamber, and the special fast rotating design effectively avoids side leakage of molten metal. At the same time, the design uses a double chamber form, separating the melting chamber from the casting chamber, which has an independent vacuum and pressure system, and the modular design can be more effective repair and cleaning.
