  1. Taean vacuum granulating machine is used to granulate precious metals. The working principle of this machine is to heat the metal material to the melting point in the vacuum chamber, then pass it through the porous crucible as a flow breaker, and finally flow into the circulating water tank and cool it into regular metal particles. Because the metal is melted under vacuum conditions, it will not be oxidized.
  2. The Taean vacuum granulating machine performs smelting work in a vacuum + inert gas protected environment. It is also equipped with an electromagnetic automatic stirring device to prevent the finished metal particles from being oxidized and have a uniform spherical shape and luster.

Convenient to obtain materials

There is a water locking device installed under the machine, which can better isolate excess moisture. You only need to unscrew it to get the finished product, making the work easier and more convenient.

PID temperature control

This machine precisely controls the temperature through PID intelligent digital. The temperature difference is within ±1degrees. Set corresponding temperatures for different metals to melt faster and more efficiently.

Keep warm and heat

The equipment adopts a low-voltage designed coil, which allows the equipment to work in an insulated and heated state, better avoiding operational risks and ensuring the safety of workers.

Inert gas environment

The smelted metal is smelted under the protection of inert gas to avoid oxidation of the alloy. When granulated in a vacuum environment, the oxygen content of the finished product is reduced, the water content is low, and the sphericity of the finished product is better and more uniform.

PLC screen control
The machine is equipped with a 7-inch high-definition touch screen with a simple interface and is more convenient to use. If the parameters are set, it can work automatically, reducing worker training costs.

electromagnetic stirring
When the metal is melted, the machine performs electromagnetic stirring, which can make the final product more uniform in color and shiny.

water circulatory system

The water in the tank is continuously circulated and cooled by a powerful water chiller to keep the finished particles uniform and highly spherical.

water pump device

The water tank of the vacuum metal granulator is equipped with a water pump. The water pump generates eddy currents to keep the water flowing, preventing the particles from sticking together during the granulation process, and ensuring that the particles are more independent.
