Part 1 Melting Room

The melting room is the core component of Taeantech precious metal granulator, which is responsible for heating the metal raw material to a molten state and providing liquid metal for the subsequent granulation process.  This function is the basis and premise of the entire granulation process.

High-frequency heating: Heating metal materials based on the eddy current effect of high-frequency electromagnetic fields to achieve the manufacture of metal granules.  Cycle heating technology can reach a very high heating temperature, which is enough to melt various metals and realize the remodeling and granulation of metal materials.  The high-frequency heater has a high energy conversion rate, relatively low power consumption, and almost no power consumption in standby mode.  At the same time, it can work continuously for 24 hours to meet the needs of mass production.

PID±1°C temperature control: PID is used to precisely control the temperature in the melting furnace to ensure that the metal melts within the optimal temperature range, while avoiding overheating and affecting the quality of the metal granules.  PID temperature control system has the characteristics of precise control, fast response, elimination of deviation accumulation, prediction and reduction of fluctuations, adjustable parameters, intelligence and automation, as well as high reliability and stability.  These characteristics together constitute the superior performance and wide application value of the system in the field of precious metal granulation.

Inert gas protection: Inert gas (such as nitrogen, argon, etc.) can effectively isolate oxygen and prevent metal oxidation due to its inactive chemical properties.  It can also precisely control the atmosphere in the melting chamber and avoid interference from other impurity gases.  This control is essential to ensure the stability and repeatability of the metal melting and granulation process.  Under the protection of inert gases, porosity generation during metal melting and granulation is greatly reduced.

Part 2 Water Cooling Tank

The water cooling tank of the Taeantech precious metal granulating machine is responsible for cooling the molten metal droplets into shape.   Its cooling and collection functions are a very important part of the precious metal granulation process.

Water cooling tank: When the metal is heated in the melting furnace to the melting point to reach a liquid state, under the protection of inert gas to reduce losses, it will flow into the mold with holes, and finally flow into the water cooling tank to cool into metal granules.   The water tank cooling device can quickly cool the hot material to the required temperature range, ensuring that the material can be quickly shaped and maintain stable physical and chemical properties after granulation.   The equipment has a simple and compact structure, which is easy to maintain and maintain, and reduces maintenance costs.

Control Switch: On the side of the cooling tank, Taeantech installed a control switch.   Its function is to control the quality of precious metal granules collected each time, and realize the collection of metal granules in batches and multiple times.   In the traditional and commercial metal granulating machines, the operator can only wait for the end of the whole granulation process before collecting very heavy metal granules at a time, such as 50kg, 100kg, which is very inconvenient.   The Taeantech metal granulator can collect granules during the granulating process, turn on the control switch, and collect the metal granules in batches and multiple times, improving work efficiency and reducing the workload of operators.

Circulating Pump: The water tank can be equipped with a circulating pump.   Without a circulating pump, the water will heat up and boil quickly when molten metal drips into the water in the tank.   Boiling water can affect operator safety and damage to equipment, as well as the collection of metal granules.   The circulating pump solves this problem by circulating the cold water at the bottom and the high-temperature water in contact with the metal melt on the top.   Operators can collect high-quality metal granules with confidence.
