Part 1.Melting chamber


The melting chamber is a very important part in the vacuum pressure casting process of jewelry. The melting efficiency and melting effect of the smelting chamber directly determine the quality of the subsequent jewelry products. Therefore, Taeantech TVC applies a variety of industry-leading technologies in the melting chamber of the equipment to ensure high quality molten precious metals.

IGBT induction coil heating: When alternating current is passed through the induction coil in the vacuum pressure casting machine, an alternating magnetic field is generated around the induction coil, and the magnetic field creates eddy currents inside the metal raw material, thus heating is achieved. This heating method allows the metal to reach the required temperature more quickly, reducing energy consumption and improving production efficiency. Compared with the traditional heating method, the IGBT induction coil heating technology has lower energy consumption, combined with the high efficiency and high stability of IGBT, the waste gas and waste residue generated by the metal in the heating process is relatively less, which helps to reduce environmental pollution. The top of the melting chamber is equipped with an observation mirror, so that the operator can clearly watch the entire melting process from the best visual angle.

PID±1°C temperature control: PID temperature control technology continuously monitors and adjusts the temperature of the heated metal in the melting chamber through advanced internal sensors and processors to ensure that the temperature is always stable within the preset ideal range. This precise temperature control is essential for jewelry casting, as temperature is one of the key factors affecting the quality and performance of the casting. PID temperature control of Taeantech TVC vacuum pressure casting machine is accurate, and the temperature control range is ±1°C, while the temperature control range of most ordinary casting machines on the market is ±5°C -±15°C. Electromagnetic stirring function: electromagnetic stirring can make the molten metal inside the formation of eddy currents, the molten metal in the uneven distribution of the elements mixed evenly, improve the overall quality of molten metal. At the same time, when the induction coil is working, an alternating magnetic field is generated around it. This magnetic field will also produce eddy currents inside the metal raw materials, which, combined with the eddy currents generated by electromagnetic agitation, makes the molten metal, especially the alloy material, melt evenly, completely and quickly with the best effect. Part 2.Casting chamber

At the same time, under the action of pressure, the molten metal can fill the mold cavity more fully, reduce the porosity and shrinkage defects, and improve the density and mechanical properties of the casting.

Pressurized funnel blanking: The metal raw materials are heated to a molten state in the smelting chamber, and the uniformity of the molten metal is ensured by electromagnetic stirring and other methods. At this time, the pressurized funnel is connected to the vacuum chamber, and the inside of the funnel is filled with molten metal. When the blanking is required, the pressure is applied to the funnel through the external pressure, and the molten metal enters the mold cavity through the outlet at the bottom of the funnel under the action of the pressure. Vibration technology: By applying vibration, it can promote the flow of molten metal inside the casting, improve the solidification process of the casting, and make the structure of the metal material more compact, thereby reducing defects such as pores and inclusions and reducing the risk of "hot cracks". Vibration can also refine the grain and improve the density and mechanical properties of castings. The tensile strength and elasticity of the casting are increased by 25%, and the subsequent processing performance is improved. Vibration technology can accelerate the solidification process of castings, shorten the casting cycle, and thus improve production efficiency. Vibration can also promote the separation between the casting and the mold, reducing the difficulty and time of demoulding.
